We do not need Insurance, we need doctors and hospitals. Medical insurance is just for the rich children to have a well paid job.

There are free conference call services that allow the host of the call to mute everyone, please use such a service in future.

The host of the call could simply use conventional conference calling (in a spearate conference designated for special guests) to bridge between the mass call and the speakers/leaders.

The above tactics would result in a more audible conference that could handle larger numbers of participants with virtually zero disruptions from saboteurs, vandals and incompetents.

I think people need a more personal approach when it comes to doctors. I know i have a doctor which takes care of

my problems(vimax) and he is so

nice. He always knows me by name, he's friendly and i gladly attent every meeting.
